This list is an estimated rough timeline of events and incidents where no one was apprehended after committing crimes -- this is the literal LIVING HELL that was overseen by the State of California; the County of Santa Clara etc:
"Tuesday, April 8, 2014 / INCIDENT #EV-98-112345 / MISTER STRUBLE:
"BACK IN 1998; John saw a neighbor named Mr. Struble driving by Johns' house in an unsafe manner trying to hit ducks with his car on Mr. Strubles' way to work one morning. The very next morning; John went out to the curb attempting to discourage Mr. Struble from hitting the ducks; when Mr. Struble almost hit John with his vehicle and fled the scene. The next morning; Mr. Struble drove by John at a very close range (John was standing on the curb); close enough for John to touch a side window on Mr. Struble's vehicle. Mr. Struble then pulled way over to the left hand side of the street and stopped his car. John went to Mr. Strubles' vehicles' drivers' side window and encouraged him to slow down. Mr. Struble then belligerently grabbed Johns' hair through his drivers' side window; then threw a lame punch. This caused John to go into the house and call the Sunnyvale police as Mr. Struble fled the scene. Three officers eventually arrived; and one of the officers gave John a REALLY MEAN look and immediately left the scene after slamming his door (because rumor has it that officers were being overworked at the time).
John dealt with then rookie Officer Discher; who was very friendly and professional; calling Mr. Struble at work to see what actually happened. Mr. Struble corroborated the account of the attack on John to Officer Dischler; and Officer Discher then told Mr. Struble to drive around the block after this event to avoid driving by John's house; which Mr. Struble failed to do in the following days after the initial attack. John then called the Sunnyvale police several times (3 times John believes) speaking one time to a female officer named Officer Rice. Officer RIce was very understanding about the situation and encouraged John to let it go. But Mr. Struble was ignoring Officer Dischers' orders to go around the block in the days following the attack on John; driving faster and acting even more belligerent than he was before.
Frustrated by the lack of police support; John then attempted to communicate with Mr. Struble; leaving a note on his doorstep; including a copy of John's very first CD "Music From Outer Space" (go to: http://likroper.bandcamp.com/album/music-from-outer-space > Note: This CD was left out of the evidence at the sham trial that followed. Part of John's message to Mr. Struble was "You will (likely) be charged with attempted vehicular manslaughter. Merry Xmas" (the word likely was left out) Note: Johns' brother was killed the very next year on Christmas Eve by a man named Danny Matos; who was charged with vehicular manslaughter!?!).
After this utilization of Johns' in/unalienable First Amendment rights; attempting to legally communicate with Mr. Struble; two Sunnyvale police officers (including Officer Beninger) showed up at Johns' front door with a temporary restraining order (!?!); telling John he could not stand in the same spot he was attacked by Mr. Struble!?! The Strubles apparently created obviously opposing depositions of the event where (among other things); Mr. Struble admitted to trying to run over the ducks; and Mrs. Struble accused John of the very same thing that Mr. Struble did to John, even though Mr. Struble corroborated the story to officer Discher!?!
John then attended the sham trial and accepted the bogus restraining order; then right after it ended; out in the lobby John asked Officer Beninger if he ever spoke to Officer"Dischler" (John wrongfully added an L to officer Dischers' last name). Officer Beninger then responded with "Who's Dischler?" (in front of two witnesses including Roger Brozinich > see: "CIVIL RIGHTS TASK FORCE ETC" link below). In other words; there was apparently a disconnect between Officer Discher and Officer Beninger; which led to this situation.
Officer Beninger was then fired in the following months; Sunnyvale police chief Williams resigned from his position after not responding to Johns' complaint about traffic (see scanned email correspondence document below); and a new Sunnyvale law was created requiring officers to take a report for every stop; no matter how seemingly insignificant.
This blog post is yet another glaring example of the pattern of negligence and corruption John has experienced at the hands of the Sunnyvale police department for roughly 16 years now. This is UNACCEPTABLE and SHAMEFUL; therefore something needs to DRASTICALLY change within the culture of the Sunnyvale police department so this kind of (purposeful?) twisted travesty of justice never happens again.
JOHN WORKED WITH BOTH THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE AND SANTA CLARA TO INSTALL INCREASED SIGNAGE IN HIS NEIGHBORHOOD DURING THE MONTHS PRECEDING THIS EVENT..." > Note: Plaintiff John's valiant efforts to end DPS discriminatory corruption and nonfeasance were totally ignored FOR A DECADE?! (AND CONTINUE TO BE WHOLLY IGNORED)..."
+ Ex-Special Forces/old high school friend Roger Brozinich reviewed Officer Beninger's flawed restraining order documents from and lost sleep for a few days before being disallowed from representing Plaintiff John in court; Roger can be reached for comment on this matter @ 408-244-3389 and/or 408-857-1103.
The female judge in charge of the case was suspicious of Officer Beninger; suggesting that this was instead a "neighborhood matter" -- 28 DECEMBER 1998 -- John had the heavily redacted 911 readout and an email document from the City of Sunnyvale (see photos); but never showed it to the judge due to coercion and intimidation on the part of the Strubles and/or Officer Beninger:
The Struble's were never contacted about their perjurious narrative; moving out of the Birdland neighborhood in shame after...Perjury seems to be an acceptable practice by a government who makes fraudulent claims on a daily basis; a government employing lawyers and attorneys who have quite questionably enriched themselves lying for their clients in the private sector -- Note: Mister Struble admitted to trying to run over ducks right after the Campbell California car wash animal cruelty duck abuse incident that caught national attention...

2) BIRDLAND ARSONIST: One afternoon many years back after Plaintiff John had brought the largest superfund cleanup site in California to the attention of officials who were busy building a hospital on top of it (right after receiving a incredibly intelligent email response from Willie Brown about sedimentary layers etc -- in other words; obfuscation) An arsonist teenager witnessed by Mister Olenak and his neighbor while drinking beer out front lit a fire dangerously close to Plaintiff John's residence; and also down near Benton Street.
When Plaintiff John approached the arson investigators to tell them about these witnesses; they treated Plaintiff John like he was the arsonist in question and never followed up on this important neighborhood lead; allowing the suspicious arson suspect to escape...
There was also a very tall angry looking white man at the Benton and Lawrence 711 that day glaring at Plaintiff John a few hours before this arson attack occurred; perhaps in response to Plaintiff John's outspoken online nature....

3) TOM FOLEY was an unapprehended drunk breaking his parole obligations at the time and a Lake Terrace Apartments renter who Plaintiff John found outside his residence one day threatening and yelling at Plaintiff John. Tom Foley eventually admitted to being put up to this targeted stalking and harassment by the rich owner/lawyer of Lake Terrace Apartments; Tom Foley admitted this in front of Plaintiff John and another witness and the then apartment manager lady at Lake Terrace Apartments.

4) MISTER OLENAK: Mister Olenak not only admitted to his attack of Plaintiff John on video; but also at a closed door administrative hearing in the City of Santa Clara in front of several witnesses and 2 biased Santa Clara cops (Seagrave and Lopez) who went ballistic when Judge Louis Amadeo Junior said Plaintiff John "has a big heart" due to axiomatic kindness and subsequent awesomeness; Plaintiff John gave Seagrave and Lopez a fitting Nazi salute and left the building with a neighbor lady friend only to be followed home by some freak from the City of Santa Clara who followed victim Plaintiff John home then retreated after Plaintiff John gave him an omnipotent look after exiting his vehicle at home victoriously...

"After John distributed roughly 10,000 flyers around his neighborhood regarding the questionable sale of the Peterson Middle School field (which never happened -- as John successfully stopped the local corporate machine politics process dead in its' tracks); and/or after John attended two 2006 Sunnyvale City Council meetings regarding this subject (and Santa Clara City Council meeting as well during the 1990s); John then became a target for violent retaliation by local government forces.
(Government has never been interested enough in what their constituents want; and now with the wholesale destruction of democracy and/or the public hearings process by liberal Democrats like Gavin Newsom and others; their true colors are showing that Democrats have NEVER had any interest in deepening democracy here in America...

One time back in high school when I got caught doing something I should not have done; a member of the Peterson Press caught me in the act bravely saying out loud: "PETERSON PRESS: YOU'RE BUSTED! Causing me to immediately realize the power of publishing and/or the power of the press and/or that the computer keyboard is mightier than the sword...)
4-1) The first attempt at destabilizing Johns' valiant activist efforts (and/or paying John back for speaking out about important subjects that are in the public interest) occurred when 'undercover' Officer 'Peck' (see photo below) was laying in wait for John to feed ducks (which ex-Mayor Judy Nadler gave John permission to feed) at the corner of Wood Duck Avenue and Benton Street. Officer 'Peck' looked and acted like some sort of freakish criminal sex offender and/or carjacker; causing John to flee the scene like any normal person would. 'Peck' later continued stalking and/or harassing John on Wood Duck Avenue; kicking in his drivers' side door in the process and causing more than $700 dollars in damage.
(Question: why would anyone question someone feeding ducks on a street called "Wood Duck Avenue"? Wood Ducks used to actually live in trees along Calabazas Creek before unchecked development decimated the local ecosystem).
4-2) The second attempt to retaliate against Johns' valiant activist efforts occurred when Lake Terrace resident Tom Foley was laying in wait for John on Wood Duck Avenue. (see photo below) Tom Foley followed John to his residence after this incident; then continued stalking harassing and menacing John for a number of weeks after John had reported Mister Foley to the police.

Tom Foley was later used as a 'witness to duck feeding' at a sham City of Santa Clara administrative court "mob sit down-style" trial where Mister Olenak admitted to attacking John in front of Judge Louis Amadeo Junior; Officers Pablo Lopez and Gabrielle Seagrave and everyone else in the court. This event was covered up as no arrests were made for this violent unprovoked attack by Mister Olenak; who was used as a 'witness to duck feeding' at this same sham trial.
4-3) The third egregious violation of Johns' civil rights occurred when Pablo Lopez and another unnamed Officer made unlawful orders; then wrongfully arrested John outside of his residence on 14 Jun 2006; injuring and/or bloodying John up in the process. (see photo below) But not only were Officer Lopez and the faceless unnamed Officer present at this wrongful arrest; but several Sunnyvale Police Officers were also conspiratorially laying in wait just around the corner from Johns' residence as well (as obvious payback for John speaking out a Sunnyvale City Council meeting a few months before).
And while Officer Lopez had a note from the Lake Terrrace Apartments; he had no warrant for an arrest and no crime was being committed at the time. (Note: Police Officers cannot make an arrest unless they view a crime in progress and/or have a warrant for arrest).

Furthermore; the City of Santa Clara then revived an antiquated law regarding caged or fenced animals (the ducks John feeds are free range animals; not caged or fenced) back from the 1950s when the agricultural industry was being forcefully shut down here in the Santa Clara Valley; making way for the corporate-controlled anti-environmental Silicon Valley.
But the problem is; people now legally possess chickens in their backyards all over the Santa Clara and/or Silicon Valley; therefore this weak and/or ultimately distractive argument has all but flown the coop. And the fact remains that Johns' civil right$ were egregiou$ly violated; as violence and/or intimidation and/or coercion were used in this highly questionable activist control process.

> 20 may 2006 / THE RETURN OF ROAD RAGING JACKASS 3 (RRJ-3) - "on february 27th, 2006 RRJ-3 approached my vehicle while i was getting out to feed the ducks at the lake terrace apartments...he pretended to act like a cop around a time when the media was talking about false arrests being made by police impersonators, so since he had no uniform i turned my wheel to the right and attempted to leave, and he jumped in front of my vehicle...not knowing whether this guy was some kind of crazy car-jacker or what, i turned my wheel to the right again and attempted to leave, but he jumped in front of my vehicle again, so i put it in reverse and escaped down the street backwards, turning around near peacock court...
i came back and took this photo of RRJ-3 just to document the event because i knew this guy would probably be trouble again down the line, and sure enough i was right...here we are three months later and as i was going to leave duck food on my friends' property where it is legal to do so, out of nowhere jumps RRJ-3...i quickly got into my vehicle and he attempted to keep the door open like he was going to attack me, so after forcefully throwing him back about 4 feet with the door (much to his surprise - i could push him 10 feet if i wanted) i slammed it shut and locked it...
i said "what the fuck is the matter with you!?!" and he went ballistic and kicked my door panel, doing about $1000-$1500 dollars damage to my vehicle...i then went home and called the police and the first traffic officer came and heard my story then left to go find RRJ-3 as yet another officer showed up to hear my story again, and he seemed like a pretty good cop...i told him about how i had been contacting the SCPD professional standards division complaining about their lack of action regarding crazy tom and how they told me the lake terrace people just want less food left and how i was attempting to comply with these requests by leaving the food across the street on property where i am allowed to do so, etc...
the next cop was initially cool then kinda went bad on me after the initial traffic cop showed back up on the scene...RRJ-3 denied kicking my door and committing malicious vandalism, and i had no proof or witnesses of this attack (other than my bent-up door panel) because for the first time in weeks i did not have my digital camera and pepper spray cocked and ready to defend myself, so the cops just warned him and let him go...
(In the following years the vandalized door caused the window to malfunction rendering it useless; putting Plaintiff John at risk more than once when unable to open the window after being pulled over by police for non-issues that amounted to nothing)
after visiting the chiropractor i came back to my friends' house across the street from lake terrace and got them to come outside an play some catch on the street with a football, something i will now be doing alot more of in the future, as i refuse to limit my civil liberties for terrorists in any way shape or form...after a while the manager of lake terrace drove up and told me that the owner doesn't like the ducks anymore and he is paving the pond over in June!?!...i told her that the local ducks have an imprint on this neighborhood and the lake terrace property and/or the area around my residence in particular, as the city of santa clara installed duck crossing signs on my street back in the environmentally-friendly 1990s...and! Even if they pave the lake terrace pond, the ducks will still return every spring anyway...
and along with the SCPD; she seemed strangely unconcerned about the attack by crazy tom and the damage done to my vehicle, as if these are her thugs doling out her vigilante justice or something...all i can say is that she is a little bitch on a power trip who needs to go fuck herself (and you know; i have found a common thread between the people hassling me about ducks; they are all Caucasians suffering from the same white person's anti-environmental disease most republicans suffer from and have spread throughout the land as of late, and i hate to say it but they make me somewhat ashamed to be white - as white people can often be some of the biggest pieces of shit around, being the relatively spiritually cultureless, genetically-altered hybrid race that we are - compared to the Dogon tribe in Africa for example)...

anyway; back in the mid 1990s the duck population was much bigger than it is now, so i do not see what the deal is; the flock is smaller now but healthier and more pure mallard than interbred duck as they were before...there are still some interbred ducks, just less of them...
and people have been feeding these ducks for years before me, so they became dependent on humans long before i came into the picture...there is a serious lack of available territory and/or habitat for the ducks, so all they can do is forage through the neighborhood, and there simply is not enough available food for them; thus supplementary feeding must occur - either that or the creation of additional habitat...
another thing nobody ever discusses is that these ducks are somewhere in between wild and domestic, as there is no official category for them, and this has happened because humans have so destroyed their original habitat and so paved over the santa clara valley and so ruined the riparian system of rivers that the ducks are being literally squeezed out of existence and/or becoming dependent on humans to survive...i saw the environmental disaster at 1333 lawrence expressway unfold a few years back and this simply cannot be allowed to occur again.
Note: It is obvious that John is a classic 'muckraker' writer; provoking response and/or occasional outrage from readers; but the fact remains that freedom of speech by nature is provocative and/or provocation; plain and simple -- and the First Amendment of the United States Constitution was argued for 14 years..."

"Sunday, July 29, 2007 / LAYING IN WAIT, MALICIOUS VANDALISM AND ATTEMPTED VEHICULAR MANSLAUGHTER / I was going to meet a few friends at Denny's after karaoke, but 'luckily' i came home for a minute first instead at around 2 am this morning, and as i was going into the house i heard a loud thumping noise coming from the side yard - i went out to the street and two vehicles (a very large SUV type vehicle with what appeared to be multi-colored paint and a lights on the side, along with a much smaller car following it) came rushing around the corner - as i grabbed my camera phone and attempted to take a photo, the lead SUV vehicle literally tried to run me over, but luckily i moved out of the way just in time - i checked my vehicle and noticed damage, so i immediately called the police and for some reason kept getting santa clara dispatch instead of sunnyvale, and they apparently hung up on me twice - about a half hour to an hour later, the sunnyvale police finally showed up, and as i waited for them to arrive, i printed up all my NEIGHBORHOOD COPWATCH evidence of the various people who have harassed and stalked me at my property over the last few months and years, then gave it all to the police officers for evaluation (for some reason, the caucasian officer on the scene blatantly ignored my blog evidence and acted like a drill sergeant, but fortunately the cool african american officer took notes about it) i have a suspicion that at least some of the people who are involved in this know each other - mister drill sergeant suggested that i change my routine on the weekends, because maybe this vandalism has something to do with the bar i go to every weekend; maybe someone at the bar is mad at me or something...hmmm...the two vehicles involved did make a right turn on teal drive as they left, heading back towards the bar...i never thought of that, that's a possible angle to look at, and i'm glad he suggested it because since i actually saw the two vehicles, i will go back to the bar next week with new eyes; on a little investigative mission of sorts - as they left; the police took notes on my evidence for their own investigation, and promised to patrol the neighborhood more frequently...

This was my third illegal ejection from the now-defunct Oasis Nightclub; the first time in 2012 using the color of law to violate my civil rights (Officers Smith and Ochoa refused to pull up surveillance footage of KJ Doug attacking me outside the Oasis Nightclub after I called POS/DPS the week before and got a agreement from a female desk officer to pull up surveillance footage of the attack the next week if disallowed to sing). The Oasis Nightclub closed it's doors at the end of May shortly after this incident; after nearly 50 years in business when (UC Officer?) Gary Perez responded to my text message and backed KJ Doug off; getting KJ Doug to corroborate that KJ Doug was in fact responsible for the threatening note left on my windshield when Sunnyvale POS/DPS refused to take necessary actions via Facebook messaging. Sunnyvale POS/DPS would have likely tried to turn things around and criminalize my constitutionally protected actions for finally exposing their killer cop Jeromy Lima; so there was no use in calling Sunnyvale POS/DPS. "Here is the very simple and inexpensive yet ultra-complex idea that I am proposing to calm traffic here in Silicon Valley: You have yards full of safety cones somewhere right? All you government people who may be reading this message? Ok perfect...Now all I am saying is redirect those safety cones to all of the highly traversed crosswalks in the region and bolt them down to the street with 3-4 bolts going down into a female units sunk down into the pavement (see photo above) Two bolts on each edge of the crosswalk along the bike lane lines and one in the middle to help choke traffic a little bit without having to stop traffic altogether with flashing lights on a crosswalk...This would be a simple cheap and effective solution to make neighborhoods safer yesterday without expensive contractors bidding for multi-million dollar contracts...After going around in circles with the City of Santa Clara for years with that city killing two successful petitions for speed humps in this neighborhood; and also after seeing how Voss Avenue in Cupertino got speed heavy-handed humps without any public approval (a good idea actually; as public safety is not something to take lightly) then after thinking about it for many years due to this gross negligence and foot dragging that very likely helped get someone run over down the street a few months ago: this seemed like an inexpensive and effective solution that could be up and running next week without causing all of the noise that most speed humps cause at night when people are trying to sleep...What I am proposing is: forget about having endless meetings for the next 5 years discussing what to do about the traffic mess here in so many Silicon Valley neighborhoods; just got out and place 3 safety cones on every crosswalk that is problematic and/or highly traversed; then you will see that you will need less or no meetings for this issue; and therefore making room for other equally pressing issues that need to be dealt with ASAP...

18) MURPHY PARK ARSON FIRE + EYEWITNESS ACCOUNTS: I recently spoke to an anonymous witness of the 2023 Murphy Park fire in Sunnyvale, California. This witness says he saw no one in the vicinity of where the fire allegedly started; but my friend Doc says there was an immigrant family who was allegedly involved in familial human trafficking when one of the Johns got jealous and lit the fire likely from over the fence as the photo evidence suggests since the fire damage tend to be limited to one side of the trees affected...
A man dressed in white with a white hat (?!?) supposedly went door to door warning everyone in the neighborhood about the fire then disappeared. Doc was sleeping at the time and slept with his shoes on for months after the fire but was never questioned about the fire along with the other aforementioned witness...

20) 13 AUGUST 2024 FUEGO NIGHTCLUB INCIDENT: The night of 13 August 2024 a violent suspect assaulted several bar patrons and the female bartender; then fled on foot down Evelyn Avenue. I was motioning to DPS to veer onto Evelyn Avenue which they did not causing the suspect to be able to flee the scene. Plaintiff John's experienced even more emotional distress realizing DPS went to great lengths to stop this attacker while letting Plaintiff John's VARIOUS attackers go one after the other for over 20 years...
A valiant effort was made by these well-meaning DPS officers but the suspect ultimately escaped due to sirens being used, tipping him off and he has not been apprehended; with some stones left unturned like a staircase that could have been used to hide within...
